We are in business of manufacturing & supply of Speciality Chemicals supplying to Tire & allied industry. Our company is not only committed to supply quality products meeting customers specification but continuous improvement is our moto.
Hence, we have developed Quality Assurance (QA) approach based on the clear target of 'Zero Defect’. Each stage of production from raw materials sourcing, through manufacturing to post-production are closely monitored.
Our Quality System conforms to ISO: 9001-2015 & IATF 16949:2016 up to the Product Delivery stage.
IATF 16949 is the prescribed quality system for automobile industry.Acmechem despite being a second stage supplier to automobile industry have been accredited with TS 16949 (now IATF 16949).
The Quality Assurance Laboratory operates round the clock and is equipped with the latest Analytical Instruments &Equipment and the QA team is manned by Qualified, well experienced & trained staff handling the responsibility of achieving Continuous Quality Improvement Goals.
